Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024; Approving the transfer reallocation, and/or appropriation of $109,987.14 within the Police Grants Fund for use by the Tampa Police Department for the 2023-24 Drone Replacement Program Financial Assistance Agreement between the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and the City of Tampa Police Department (TPD); Providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $2,912,887 within the Channel District Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) Fund; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $2,27,843 within the Transportation Grants Capital Projects and Local Option Gas Tax Capital Projects Funds for the El Prado Sidewalk from Lois Avenue to Bayshore Boulevard Project; providing an effective date.

Curren Final Sedimentation Tanks 1-6 Process Air Piping Replacement Project to be used by the Wastewater Department within the Wastewater Bonds – Series 2024 Capital Projects Fund; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $233,333 within the Wastewater Operations Fund for use by the Wastewater Department for a capital lease agreement for odor control equipment; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $890,367 for use by the Mobility Department within the Stormwater Service Assessment Fund for one leased mechanical sweeper; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2024; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $9,000,000 for use by the Human Resources & Talent Development Department / Risk & Insurance Division within the Insurance Fund; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $10,061,435 for use by the Mobility Department within the Stormwater Grants Fund for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection Grant to fund the South Howard Flood Relief and Streetscape Project; providing an effective date. Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $981,924 within the Utilities Services Tax Capital Fund, Channel District and Downtown Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) Funds to provide for the sale of voluntary cleanup tax credits; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $425,000 within the Local Option Gas Tax and Private Donations Capital Projects Funds for the Commerce Palms Dr. and Compton Dr. New Signal Project; providing an effective date.

Motion: (Clendenin-Miranda) That Council adopts said resolution. Motion carried unanimously.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $2,583,392 for interest within the Central Park, Channel District, Downtown Core, Drew Park, East Tampa, West Tampa, Tampa Heights Riverfront, Ybor I and Ybor II and Master Infrastructure Project (SPP) Community Development Agency (CRA) Funds; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $118,727.24 within the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Grant Fund to appropriate program income for SHIP Grant Program activities; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $2,578,308 within the Transportation Grants Capital Projects, Interbay District Transportation Impact Fee Construction, Multi Modal CIP Interbay District, and the Local Option Gas Tax Capital Projects Funds for the MacDill Airforce Base Access Improvements Project; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $5,000,000 for use by the Mobility Department within the Stormwater Grants Fund for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection Grant to fund the Lamb Canal Rehabilitation Project; providing an effective date.
