During 2009, the Construction Services Division partnered with KPMG to create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). During this project KPMG provided the following services:
Assisted CSD personnel with an overview of KPIs and performance frameworks
Gathered data from stakeholders, existing records and reports, industry leading practices, and other municipalities
Analyzed information collected and analyzed historical data
Prepared and recommended KPIs and process improvements
Assisted CSD identify next steps
The Final Report represents the results of the project.
