Calling all environmental activists, policy experts, public health professionals, government officials, scholars, students, and concerned community members!

Environmental challenges impact communities in different ways, often leaving the most vulnerable populations at greater risk. From industrial pollution and unsafe water to rising temperatures and public health disparities, these issues are complex, but change is possible.

The 1st Annual Community Conference on Environmental Hazards will explore the intersection of environment and policy, highlighting how we can work together to build a healthier, more sustainable future for all. Expect to hear from leading environmental experts, connect with passionate change-makers, and gain actionable strategies to advocate for policies that protect people and the planet.

This event is free.  However, registration is required at wlsmithlibrary.org.
