Tampa Hispanic Heritage INC. promotes leadership in the community by recognizing with a Leadership Award those Hispanic individuals who excel in their field and service in the Hispanic community, with the exception of the "Orgullo" category where an individual of non-Hispanic descent is recognized for their service to the Hispanic community.  Year after year, we continue to be amazed by the stories of so many wonderful individuals that go out of their way to help others and to make Tampa a better place.
