Butterflies prefer certain types of flowers. Learn about which plants attract local butterflies.
Tampa Family Health Centers (TFHC) hosts a workshop about butterfly flowers.
Our instructor will provide a garden tour and interactive talk about plants that attract butterflies, the butterfly life cycle, and how to "spot" different stages of a butterfly.
This is a free class but registration is required. Handouts will be provided to participants. Feel free to bring plants or seeds to swap!
We will be outdoor on the lawn at the Tampa Family Health Centers Osborne location on the corner of Osborne Ave. and 22nd Ave.
Look for the employee parking lot. We will meet you there!
You may want to wear comfortable clothes and shoes and bring a lawn chair.
