Public Comments may not exceed 3-minutes in length. Members of the public may alternatively submit written comments by mail to the Advisory Committee c/o the Architectural Review & Historic Preservation Office, 1400 N. Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33607, or by email to Historic.Preservation@tampagov.net. All written comments must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting in order to be distributed to Committee members and to be included in the official record of the meeting. For additional information or to check the status of the public hearing regarding postponement or cancellation, please contact Alexis Guzman at (813) 274-3100, Option #3, a minimum of two (2) days prior to the public hearing date.


Any person who decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at this public hearing or meeting are advised, in accordance with Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, that they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to hire a court reporter to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
