A Special Discussion Meeting is being held pursuant to Tampa City Council Rules of Procedure Rule 3E, for the purpose of discussion of the progression of meetings including but not limited to the order of business, staff reports vs. memo, and public comment. No official action will be taken. A quorum is not required. There will be no opportunity for public comment. Any official action will be required to be taken at a subsequent noticed public meeting with a physical quorum present and the public having the opportunity to speak.
