NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

TIME:             9:30 AM – 12:00 Noon

LOCATION:   Sister Cities Room, 1st Floor

                        Tampa, Florida 33602

MEETING AGENDA/PURPOSE: The purpose of this public meeting of the City Council Citizens Advisory Budget and Finance Committee (the “Committee”) is:  (1) Introduction of new members and then review and potentially approve the prior minutes of the April 14, 2023, meeting of the Committee; (2) 9:30 to 11:00 am: Discussion of FY 2024 budget recommendations and presentation to City Council at Thursday, June 22, 2023, 9 am Workshop; (3) 11:00 to 11:30 am: Presentation by the Legal Department, Andrea Zelman, City Attorney; (4) 11:30 to noon: Presentation by Human Resources, Kelly Austin, Human Resources and Talent Development Director; (5) New Business, (6) Public Comment; (7) Announce date and time of next meeting and adjourn.
