CITY COUNCIL CITIZENS ADVISORY BUDGET AND FINANCE COMMITTEE

DATE: Friday, August 11, 2023

TIME:  9:30 AM – 12:00 Noon

MEETING AGENDA/PURPOSE: The purpose of this public meeting of the City Council Citizens Advisory Budget and Finance Committee (the “Committee”) is: (1) Tampa Fire Rescue Chief Barbara Tripp invited to meet with the Committee for 15 minutes at 9:35 a.m. for the purpose of clarifying the Fitch Report presentation to City Council on June 15th, 2023, and the discussion held with the Committee regarding new station houses; (2) Discussion of the FY 2024 Recommended Budget presented by the Mayor to the Tampa City Council at its August 3, 2023, meeting;
(3) Discussion of future Committee meetings prior to the two required City Council public hearings on September 5th, and September 19th, 2023; (4) Whether to meet or cancel the previously scheduled Committee meeting on Friday, August 25, 2023; (4) New Business, (5) Public Comment; (6) Announce date and time of next meeting and adjourn.
