A Special Discussion Meeting is being held pursuant to Tampa City Council Rules of Procedure Rule 3E, for the discussion of decorum and efficiency of Tampa City Council meetings. The duration of the meeting is expected to be one hour. A quorum is not required. No official action will be taken. There will be no opportunity for public comment. Any official action will be required to be taken at a subsequent noticed public meeting with a physical quorum present and the public having the opportunity to speak.
