The purpose of this special call public meeting is for the City of Tampa Community Redevelopment Agency (“CRA”) Board to interview the final candidates for CRA Director. Members of the public can either attend this public meeting in person or virtually participate in this public hearing by using what is referred to by State of Florida statutes and rules as “communications media technology” or “CMT”.
Pre-Registration is required to speak virtually during “Public Comment” with the use of CMT:
In order to participate in the public hearing with the use of CMT, please complete the form at https://www.tampa.gov/PublicComment AND state on the form under “Request Type” that you wish to speak live during the public comment period. You will then be contacted with additional instructions on how to participate live through the use of CMT. Registration for speaking remotely with the use of CMT must be requested at least 24-hours prior to the meeting.

Please note that if any person decides to appeal any decision made by the CRA, with respect to any matter considered at the meeting or hearing, they will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (F.S. 286.0105).
