Members of the public who do not wish to appear in person due to COVID-19 or otherwise may submit written comments by mail to the City of Tampa Human Rights Board, 4900 W. Lemon Street, Tampa, FL 33609, or by email to paul.valenti@tampagov.net. All written comments must be received no later than 24 hours before the scheduled meeting to be distributed to the Commission members and be included in the official record of the meeting. To check the status of the public hearing regarding postponement or cancellation, please contact Paul Valenti at (813) 274-5856 a minimum of two (2) days before the public hearing date.

 


Any person who decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at this public hearing or meeting are advised, in accordance with Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, that they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to hire a court reporter to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
