Vegetable gardens attract pests and good insects. Learn how to look for "bugs" around your garden.
Tampa Family Health Centers (TFHC) hosts a workshop about garden "bugs."
Our instructor will provide a garden tour and interactive talk about common vegetable pests, beneficial insects, and how to control them.
This is a free class but registration is required. Handouts will be provided to participants. Feel free to bring plants or seeds to swap!
We will be outdoors on the lawn at the Tampa Family Health Centers Osborne location on the corner of Osborne Ave. and 22nd Ave.
Look for the employee parking lot. We will meet you there!
You may want to wear comfortable clothes and shoes and bring a lawn chair.
For more information and to save your seat, contact Nicole Pinson, Garden Manager, npinson@hcnetwork.org or at (813) 459-3831.
