CITY OF TAMPA HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Date: Tuesday, March 9, 2021
Time: 9:00 AM
Location: Old City Hall – Tampa City Council Chambers, 3RD Floor

               315 E. Kennedy Blvd.

               Tampa, FL  33602
All interested parties and citizens may appear and be heard as to any and all matters pertinent to the application. Due to the COVID-19 health precautions, meetings will allow Commission members, applicants, city staff, and interested members of the public to observe appropriate social distancing measures, which require a minimum of six (6) feet between individuals. Members of the public who do not wish to appear in person, due to COVID-19 or otherwise, may submit written comments by mail to the Architectural Review & Historic Preservation Offices, 1400 N. Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33607 or by email to [email protected] All written comments must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting in order to be distributed to the Commission members and be included in the official record of the meeting. To check the status of the public hearing regarding postponement or cancellation, please contact Beverly Jewesak at (813) 274-7706 a minimum of two (2) days prior to the public hearing date.

Any person who decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at this public hearing or meeting are advised, in accordance with Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, that they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to hire a court reporter to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
