Tampa teens, their parents, and all interested individuals are invited to a FREE educational and interactive forum on substance abuse, prevention, and awareness. The event, Let’s Be Real: A Conversation on Substance Abuse and Prevention, will be held on Wednesday, April 19, from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, virtually via Zoom.

This forum is sponsored by the Mayor’s Youth Leadership Council, a program of the City of Tampa that allows local teens to develop their leadership skills and apply them through various service projects and workshops.

Panelists will discuss the importance of substance abuse awareness, share their personal experiences, and speak about how to actively prevent addiction. Audience members will have the opportunity to ask each of the panelists questions directly in an open discussion.
