Learn how easy it is to make paper pots from recycled materials. These pots may be used to start flower and vegetable seedlings.
Tampa Family Health Centers (TFHC) hosts a make & take paper pots workshop.
Our instructor will provide a garden tour and interactive talk about making pots using recycled materials, and growing plants from seed. This is a great workshop to teach children about gardening.
TFHC provides the materials, but registration is required. Seeds will be available to participants. Feel free to bring seeds to swap!
We will be outdoor on the lawn at the Tampa Family Health Centers Osborne location on the corner of Osborne Ave. and 22nd Ave.
Look for the employee parking lot. We will meet you there!
You may want to wear comfortable clothes and shoes and bring a lawn chair.
For more information and to save your seat, contact Nicole Pinson, Garden Manager, npinson@hcnetwork.org or at (813) 459-3831.
