Topic: To hear technical presentations pursuant to an RFP for 22-C-00001; Tampa Multimodal Network and Safety Improvements Project-West Riverwalk Design-Build.

Members of the public wishing to attend must comply with established protocols which may include a temperature check and screening upon arrival as well as required social distancing, face masking, and related practices. Members of the public who do not wish to attend in person but wish to comment, must do so no later than 24 hours before the time set for the meeting by e-mailing comments to ContractAdministration@TampaGov.net.

Public comments, limited to three minutes per person, may be permitted after 4 PM.  No decisions will be made at this meeting.

Any person who decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at this public hearing or meeting are advised, in accordance with Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, that they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to hire a court reporter to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
