Discover the exhilaration of Wheelchair Tennis at our inclusive clinics sponsored by Tampa Therapeutic Recreation! Wheelchair athletes will participate in tennis and mobility training covering all tennis strokes. Tennis balls and racquets, along with two available sports chairs for use are provided.

This free activity is open to Rec Card holders. 

The 2025 Move with the Mayor® (MWTM) Spring Mental Health and Physical Activity Challenge is a month-long initiative led by the City of Tampa in partnership with the National Forum for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention. Kicking off May 1 during Mental Health Awareness Month, the challenge encourages residents to prioritize their well-being through movement and mindfulness.
