The Mayor’s Hispanic Advisory Council has organized an informative Facebook Live event to help dispel myths and misconceptions associated with the new SB 1718 law.

Please join the MHAC, and a panel of distinguished law enforcement, immigration law, and community resources experts, as we help walk you, your family members and friends, through the true impact that the law will have on our Hispanic community.

The conversation will be moderated by Lisette Campos (Senior Director, Strategic Branding, Communications & Marketing, Tampa Bay Chamber).  The panel will be rounded out by Maritza Gonzalez (Program Director, Lutheran Services of Florida), Rose Angelakopoulos (Tampa Police Department) and Adriana Dinis (Immigration Law Group of Florida).
