The City of Tampa Mobility Department will hold an interactive live event online. This virtual meeting is free and open to the public. The purpose of the meeting is to educate parents and students about safe routes to the Sulphur Springs K-8 Community School.
This project provides for safety improvements, traffic calming, and pedestrian facilities to establish a safe walking route to the school.
This Project includes:
New 5 ft wide concrete sidewalk at the east side of 12th St from E Seward St to N 13th St.
New 5 ft wide concrete sidewalk and parking at the west side of N 12th St along the North Tampa Park, 8608 N 12th St.
New 5 ft wide concrete sidewalk at the south side of E Yukon St between N 12th St and N 13th St.
Intersection improvements at N 12th St and E Seward St - raised intersection, crosswalks, sidewalk.
Intersection improvements at N 12th St and Fairbanks St - curb ramp, crosswalks, sidewalk.
Intersection improvements at N 12th St and E Yukon St – crosswalks, sidewalk.
Intersection improvements at N 13th St and E Seward St – crosswalks, sidewalk.
