A Special Discussion Meeting is being held pursuant to Tampa City Council Rules of
Procedure Rule 3E, for the discussion of options for improvement to the efficiency
of meetings. No official action will be taken. A quorum is not required. There will
be no opportunity for public comment. Any official action will be required to be
taken at a subsequent noticed public meeting with a physical quorum present and
the public having the opportunity to speak.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and Section 286.26,
