The purpose of this public meeting of the West Tampa Community Advisory Committee ("CAC") is to discuss and make recommendations regarding Community Redevelopment Activities in the West Tampa Community Redevelopment Area for consideration by the City of Tampa Community Redevelopment Agency ("CRA").
Please note that if any person decides to appeal any decision made by the CAC, with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, they will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (F.S. Section 286.0105).

 


Any person who decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at this public hearing or meeting are advised, in accordance with Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, that they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to hire a court reporter to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
