This meeting of the YCDC Culture Arts and Special Events Committee is being held during the COVID-19 State of Emergency live with an in-person quorum present on the date and at the location noted above, with the option of remote or virtual participation using what is referred to by State of Florida statutes and rules as “communications media technology” (“CMT”).
