Join us for a gentle yoga class, led by our certified instructor from The Phoenix.

Bring your yoga mat for a unique, outdoor yoga class in our new community garden. This is a gentle yoga class to promote stress relief and well-being.

Don't have a mat? That's ok. We'll provide one for you, your friends and family.

We will be outdoors on the lawn at the Tampa Family Health Centers Osborne location on the corner of Osborne Ave. and 22nd Ave.

Look for the employee parking lot.
