With more people and businesses moving to Tampa every year, and redevelopment projects taking shape at record rates, the City of Tampa's Development and Growth Management team will be hosting a series of community trainings on the fundamental principles of land development and the basics of the city's zoning code. This second community training will focus on commercial properties and special use criteria. All members of the public are welcome and no registration is required.
