Starting at 9am on Tuesday, September 8, department crews will close a portion of S Manhattan Avenue between W San Pedro Street and W Lamb Avenue to repair a manhole ring and cover. To facilitate this repair, turn restrictions will be in place. Signage and barricades will be in the area to assist with rerouting and traffic flow. This work will continue through close of business on September 11, and normal traffic patterns will resume, weather permitting.
The City of Tampa recommends that motorists use alternative routes to avoid traffic congestion.
