Starting on Monday, July 27, the east and westbound center lanes of W Sligh Avenue between N River Boulevard and N Highland Avenue will close while department crews clean and televise the gravity sewer pipes in the area. One (1) eastbound and one (1) westbound lane will remain open at all times, with delays. This scheduled maintenance will continue daily through July 31 between the hours of 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Flaggers and signage will be on site to assist with rerouting and traffic flow.
The City of Tampa recommends that motorists use alternative routes to avoid traffic congestion. See all road closures at www.tampagov.net/RoadClosures
