Businesses and non-profit organizations operating in Tampa city limits now can pick up bulk quantities of bottled water and masks from a dedicated “business only” site. The City of Tampa Parks and Recreation Department added the additional site to better serve the local business and social service community. The “business only” site is located at Al Lopez Park, 4810 North Himes Avenue. It will remain open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., or while supplies are available, on December 9.
Business owners may request up to five cases of bottled water per location through the City’s online request form at: www.tampa.gov/form/business-water-request The form must be completed prior to arriving at the distribution site. A City of Tampa-issued business license is required at pick up.
Businesses requesting a bulk quantity of face coverings for staff and customers must complete a separate request form online at: tampagov.net/Masks.
Residents may visit one of the four distribution sites listed below on December 9 from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. or while supplies last.
- Himes Avenue Sports Complex - 4501 South Himes Avenue
- MacFarlane Park - 1700 North MacDill Avenue (near the basketball courts – turn onto Main Street from MacDill Ave)
- Al Barnes Park - 2902 North 32nd Street
