Portions of Waters Avenue between N. Willow Ave. & N. Suwanee Ave. will close daily from 9 AM to 4 PM beginning on Monday, May 9, 2022, while a department contractor rehabilitates (31) sanitary manholes in Waters Avenue.
These daily partial lane closures shall continue until approximately June 6, 2022. The street shall reopen to normal traffic patterns by 4 PM on June 6, 2022, weather permitting.
The City of Tampa recommends that motorists use alternative routes to avoid traffic congestion.
