Effective immediately, northbound lane shifts are in place on North Boulevard at the intersection of W Plymouth Street for emergency repairs to a deteriorated section of gravity sewer pipe. Northbound traffic has been shifted to the center turn lane. Normal traffic patterns resume past the work zone. Additionally, eastbound turns onto W Plymouth Street will be restricted. Barricades and signage are currently on-site to assist with rerouting and traffic flow.
The scheduled completion date for this repair is close of business on Friday, July 2. Inclement weather may delay this repair schedule. An update will be provided if the repair timeline is delayed.
The City of Tampa recommends that motorists use alternative routes to avoid traffic congestion.
