The Tampa Water Department is completing the final phase of the valve repair and replacement project, and will temporarily affect traffic patterns along the following streets:
At the intersection of North Lois Avenue and West Tampa Bay Boulevard starting at 7 a.m. on Monday, December 14
Detours and road closures will be clearly marked with signs and barricades to assist with traffic flows while this work is being performed. Traffic patterns will resume as normal no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 18. The Tampa Water Department appreciates everyone’s patience throughout the duration of this 6-month project.
This work was part of the City’s PIPES (Progressive Infrastructure Plan to Ensure Sustainability) Program and represents our continued commitment toward improving Tampa’s infrastructure.
