Beginning at 9am today, the southbound lane of North Lois Avenue will close between West Henry Avenue and Comanche Avenue while the Tampa Water Department conducts scheduled maintenance on the water distribution system. Barricades and flaggers will be located in the area to assist with rerouting and traffic flow. All lanes will reopen to traffic by 5pm today and then close again on Wednesday, March 22, at 9am to continue the work. Please use caution when driving in the area.
The completion of the work with a return to normal traffic patterns is expected by 3pm, Wednesday, March 22. Work schedules are contingent upon weather conditions. The staff and crews of the Tampa Water Department appreciate everyone's patience during this time.
