Temporary Lane Closure on W Euclid Avenue to begin July 22nd 2021 for Utility Construction

A portion of W Euclid Avenue between S Dale Mabry Highway and S Manhattan Avenue will close on Thursday, July 22, 2021 for utility construction. A utility contractor will be installing a small wireless facility on the north side of W Euclid Avenue between S Coolidge Avenue and S Manhattan Avenue.  The westbound thru lane on W Euclid Avenue between S Hubert Avenue and S Manhattan Avenue will close at 9 am on July 22, 2021.

Westbound thru traffic will be maintained in the left turn lane on W Euclid Avenue between S Hubert Avenue and S Manhattan Avenue at all times during construction, with delays.

Sidewalks in the work area will be closed during construction.  Pedestrians will be detoured to other available sidewalks with signage.

All lanes on W Euclid Avenue between S Hubert Avenue and S Manhattan Avenue will be open to traffic by 4 pm on Monday, August 23, 2021, weather permitting.

The City of Tampa recommends that motorists use alternate routes to avoid traffic congestion.

Westbound motorists can use W El Prado Boulevard between S Dale Mabry Highway and S Manhattan Avenue in lieu of W Euclid Avenue.
