Temporary Lane Closures on S Armenia Avenue to begin April 20, 2022 for Building Maintenance

A portion of S Armenia Avenue between W Swann Avenue and W Azeele Street will close beginning on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 for building maintenance.  A private contractor will be installing a new roof on the condominiums located on the northeast corner of S Armenia Avenue and W Horatio Street. 

The northbound lane on S Armenia Avenue between W Horatio Street and W Azeele Street will close at 9 am on April 20, 2022.

One (1) southbound lane and one (1) northbound lane on S Armenia Avenue between W Horatio Street and W Azeele Street will be maintained on the west side of S Armenia Avenue at all times during construction, with delays.

Sidewalks within the work area will be closed.  Pedestrian access will be maintained via signage to other available sidewalks at all times during construction.

All lanes on S Armenia Avenue will be open to traffic by 4 pm on Friday, May 20, 2022, weather permitting.

The City recommends using alternate routes to avoid traffic congestion.
