A portion of Bayshore Boulevard between S Rome Avenue and S Howard Avenue will close on Friday, February 4, 2022. A private contractor will intermittently close Bayshore Boulevard between S DeSoto Avenue and S Howard Avenue to disassemble the tower crane on Hyde Park House residential high-rise located at 2103 Bayshore Boulevard.
Bayshore Boulevard between S DeSoto Avenue and S Howard Avenue will close intermittently beginning at 9 am on February 4, 2022.
Sidewalks in the construction area will be closed during the construction. Pedestrians will be detoured to other available sidewalks with signage.
All lanes on Bayshore Boulevard between S Rome Avenue and S Howard Avenue will be open by 11 am on Friday, February 4, 2022, weather permitting.
The City of Tampa recommends that motorists use alternate routes to avoid congestion.
