Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $10,061,435 for use by the Mobility Department within the Stormwater Grants Fund for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection Grant to fund the South Howard Flood Relief and Streetscape Project; providing an effective date.

Motion: (Carlson-Hurtak) That said agenda item be continued. Motion failed by voice roll call vote of 3-4 with Henderson, Viera, Miranda, and Clendenin voting no.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $11,000,000 within the General Fund for Tampa Fire Rescue and Tampa Police Department Fiscal Year end 2023 personnel expenditures; providing an effective date.

Motion: (Miranda-Henderson) That Council moves to adopt said resolution. Motion carried unanimously with Viera being absent at vote.

Motion: (Henderson-Carlson) That the memorandum submitted by Councilmember Hurtak, requesting that said agenda item be pulled for discussion, be received and filed. Motion carried unanimously with Viera being absent at vote.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $11,998,370 for the Bayshore Pumping Station Pump Addition Project to be used by the Wastewater Department within the Wastewater Bonds – Series 2024 Capital Projects Fund; providing an effective date.

Motion: (Miranda-Clendenin) That Council adopts said resolution. Motion carried unanimously with Hurtak and Viera being absent at vote.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $12,465,000 for use by the Mobility Department within the SWFWMD Grants Capital Projects Fund for the Lower Peninsula Stormwater Improvements – Southeast Region Project; providing an effective date.

Motion: (Maniscalco-Miranda) That Council adopts said resolution. Motion carried unanimously with Viera being absent at vote.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $13,903,895 for the Wastewater Pumping Station Rehabilitation – Design Build Project for GMP No. 2 to be used by the Wastewater Department within the Wastewater Bonds - Series 2024 Capital Projects Fund; providing an effective date.

Motion: (Clendenin-Viera) That Council moves to adopt said resolution. Motion carried unanimously.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2022; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $15,302,524 for use by the Mobility Department within the SWFWMD Grants Capital Projects Fund for the Southeast Seminole Heights Flood Relief Project; providing an effective date.

Motion: (Dingfelder-Maniscalco) That Council adopts said resolution. Motion carried unanimously by voice roll call vote of 7-0.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $16,938,208 within the Central Park, Channel District, Downtown Non-Core, Drew Park, East Tampa, West Tampa, Tampa Heights Riverfront, Ybor I and Ybor II Community Development Agency (CRA) Funds for affordable housing initiatives; providing an effective date.

Motion: (Carlson-Gudes) That Council adopts said resolution. Motion carried unanimously with Viera being absent at vote.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $25,000,000 for use by the Mobility Department within the Stormwater Grants Fund for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection Grant to fund the Lower Peninsula Stormwater Improvements Southeast Region Project; providing an effective date.

Motion: (Clendenin-Henderson) That Council adopts said resolution. Motion carried unanimously by voice roll call vote of 6-0.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2021; approving the transfer, reallocation and/or appropriation of $38,076,566 within the Non-Ad Valorem Revenue Note, Series 2021 and Non-Ad Bonds CIP Series 2021 Funds for use by the Convention Center & Tourism Department for the Tampa Convention Center Renovations Phase II project; providing an effective date.

Motion: (Miranda-Maniscalco) That Council adopts said resolution. Motion carried unanimously by voice roll call vote of 7-0.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2021; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $40,237,132 within the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Fund and the ARPA Capital Construction Project Fund to be used for various purposes; providing an effective date.

Motion: (Miranda-Citro) That Council adopts said resolution. Motion carried unanimously by voice roll call vote of 7-0.
