As of November 29, 2021, Contract Administration uses Trimble Unity Construct (powered by e-Builder). It is a web-based software solution that can be accessed by both internal City of Tampa employees in multiple departments and outside contractors to review, update and manage Capital Improvement Projects for the City of Tampa. The City of Tampa bidding process remains the same but be on the lookout for a changes to the bidding process later in 2022

City of Tampa Ordinance No. 2017-28, Chapter 26.5. Equal Business Opportunity Program, Article III. Women & Minority Business Enterprise: Sections 26.5-191, 26.5-195, 26.5-196, 26.5-197, 26.5-201, 26.5-203, 26.5-204, and 26.5-205 are suspended until further notice to ensure compliance with federal law.

Contract Administration Department prepares and manages contracts for professional and construction services, including but not limited to, planning and design, contract execution, and construction phase administration, for City of Tampa capital construction projects.
