Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2021; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $40,237,132 within the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Fund and the ARPA Capital Construction Project Fund to be used for various purposes; providing an effective date.

Motion: (Miranda-Citro) That Council adopts said resolution. Motion carried unanimously by voice roll call vote of 7-0.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2021; approving the transfer, reallocation and/or appropriation of $38,076,566 within the Non-Ad Valorem Revenue Note, Series 2021 and Non-Ad Bonds CIP Series 2021 Funds for use by the Convention Center & Tourism Department for the Tampa Convention Center Renovations Phase II project; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $25,000,000 for use by the Mobility Department within the Stormwater Grants Fund for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection Grant to fund the Lower Peninsula Stormwater Improvements Southeast Region Project; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $16,938,208 within the Central Park, Channel District, Downtown Non-Core, Drew Park, East Tampa, West Tampa, Tampa Heights Riverfront, Ybor I and Ybor II Community Development Agency (CRA) Funds for affordable housing initiatives; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2022; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $15,302,524 for use by the Mobility Department within the SWFWMD Grants Capital Projects Fund for the Southeast Seminole Heights Flood Relief Project; providing an effective date.

Motion: (Dingfelder-Maniscalco) That Council adopts said resolution. Motion carried unanimously by voice roll call vote of 7-0.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $13,903,895 for the Wastewater Pumping Station Rehabilitation – Design Build Project for GMP No. 2 to be used by the Wastewater Department within the Wastewater Bonds - Series 2024 Capital Projects Fund; providing an effective date.

Motion: (Clendenin-Viera) That Council moves to adopt said resolution. Motion carried unanimously.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $12,465,000 for use by the Mobility Department within the SWFWMD Grants Capital Projects Fund for the Lower Peninsula Stormwater Improvements – Southeast Region Project; providing an effective date.

Motion: (Maniscalco-Miranda) That Council adopts said resolution. Motion carried unanimously with Viera being absent at vote.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2022; approving the transfer, reallocation and/or appropriation of $7,064,726 within the Solid Waste Capital/Construction Fund for use by the Department of Solid Waste & Environmental Program Management for GMP 1 for the McKay Bay Waste-to-Energy Facility Retrofit/Upgrades Project; providing an effective date.
