Budget Resolutions

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $74,322 within the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Grant fund for Hurricane Housing Recovery Program (HHRP) Grant Activities funding reduction; providing an effective date.

Motion: (Carlson-Hurtak) That Council moves to adopt said resolution. Motion carried unanimously.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $70,000 for the Central Park, Channel District, Downtown Non-Core, Drew Park, West Tampa, East Tampa, Tampa Heights Riverfront, Ybor I, Ybor II Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) Funds and the General Fund; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation and/or appropriation of $597,482.10 within the General Government Grants Capital Projects Fund for use by the FS No 13 – Wind Mitigation & Generator project; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the Budget of the City of Tampa for the Fiscal Year Ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $2,000,000 within the General Fund for use by the Parks & Recreation Department for fuel, motor pool, and utilities expenditures; providing an effective date.

Motion: (Henderson-Clendenin) That Council moves to adopt said resolution. Motion carried unanimously.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation and/or appropriation of $22,566 within the General Fund for use by the Technology and Innovation Department for routers and Wi-Fi equipment; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation and/or appropriation of $465,000 within the Local Option Gas Tax Capital Project, Utilities Services Tax, and Utilities Services Tax Capital Project Funds for use by the Palmetto Beach project; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation and/or appropriation of $454,548 within the General Fund and the Other Grants Fund for use by Chief of Staff/Administration for a grant from the Florida Commission On Community Service to provide urban environment stewardship; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $50,000 for the Drew Park Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) Fund; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation and/or appropriation of $4,500,000 within the General Fund for use by Tampa Fire Rescue for motor pool expenses; providing an effective date.

Motion: (Viera-Miranda) That Council moves to adopt said resolution. Motion carried unanimously with Clendenin being absent at vote.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation and/or appropriation of $4,336,930 within the Non-Ad Bonds CIP Future Debt Fund for use by the Hanna Avenue Relocation project; providing an effective date.

Motion: (Henderson-Miranda) That Council moves to adopt said resolution. Motion carried unanimously with Clendenin being absent at vote.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation and/or appropriation of $20,000 within the General Fund for use by the Tampa Police Department for Marine Unit capital equipment; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $1,231,861 for the Ybor I and Ybor II Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) Funds; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $500,000 for utility expenses for the Convention Center and Tourism Department within the General Fund; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $42,102.63 within the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Fund to appropriate program income for CDBG program activities; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $900,000 for credit card fee expenses for use by Water Department within the Consumer Services Fund; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $133,053.31 within the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) Grant Fund to appropriate program income for HOME Grant Program activities; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation and/or appropriation of $900,000 within the Parking Operations Fund for use by the Parking Division for operating expenses; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation and/or appropriation of $50,000 within the Private Donations Capital Projects Fund for use by the Small Neighborhood Parks project; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the Budget of the City of Tampa for the Fiscal Year Ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $2,137,000 within the General Fund for use by the City Clerk, City Council, Neighborhood & Community Affairs, Police, and Technology & Innovation Departments for Fiscal Year 2023 Operating Expenditures; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $567,102.92 within the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) grant fund to appropriate Program Income for SHIP grant program activities providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $4,550,000 for use by the Wastewater Department within the Wastewater Operations Fund for operating expenses; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the Budget of the City of Tampa for the Fiscal Year Ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $2,798,036 within the General Fund for use by the Fire Rescue and Police Departments for Fiscal Year 2023 State of Florida Retirement Pension Contributions; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $3,600,000 for operating expenses for use by Water Department within the Water Operations Fund; providing an effective date.

Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $11,000,000 within the General Fund for Tampa Fire Rescue and Tampa Police Department Fiscal Year end 2023 personnel expenditures; providing an effective date.
