Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $100,000 for the Operating Debt Expenses for use by the Water Department within the Consumer Services Fund; providing an effective date.

Motion: (Young-Maniscalco) That Council approves said permit. Motion carried unanimously.
