Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2021; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $5,689,321 within the Wastewater Bonds – Series 2020 Capital Projects and Water Bonds – Series 2020 Capital Projects funds for use by the Infrastructure & Mobility Administrator for the Comprehensive Infrastructure for Tampa's Neighborhoods project; providing an effective date.
