Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; approving the transfer, reallocation, and/or appropriation of $400,000 within the East Tampa Community Development Area (CRA) Fund for the Housing Down Payment Assistance Program; providing an effective date. (Continued from January 5, 2023)

Motion: (Gudes-Hurtak) That Council adopts said resolution. Motion carried unanimously with Carlson and Viera being absent at vote.
