Resolution making certain changes in the budget of the City of Tampa for the Fiscal Year Ending September 30, 2024; approving the transfer, reallocation and/or appropriation of $1,000,000 within the Other Grants Fund for use by Chief of Staff/Administration for a grant from the National Arbor Day Foundation to increase tree canopy coverage in disadvantaged communities; providing an effective date.

Motion: (Henderson-Miranda) That Council adopts said resolution. Motion carried with Carlson voting no.

Memorandum from Councilmember Carlson, requesting that said agenda item be pulled for separate vote.

Motion: (Henderson-Miranda) That said memorandum, be received and filed. Motion carried unanimously.
