There is a $25 non-refundable fee for this service, upon payment, you will be prompted to enter the property address, folio number, or PIN.  Lien searches are provided within 7 business days. The payoff settlement letter is valid for 45 days from the date of issuance.

Pursuant to Executive Order 2022-16, properties sold via tax deed sale are not eligible for negotiated settlements pursuant to the guidelines established in the Executive Order. Accordingly, tax deed purchasers have the option of allowing the tax deed process to complete to determine any remaining lien amounts or expediting the release of the liens by satisfying the total amount of the existing liens at the time of purchase.

The owner of record has the responsibility of resolving any active code action, failure to resolve the violations may result in a lien against the property after conveyance.

We look forward to serving you.
