Purpose:
The TOD Pilot Project Phase II study will focus on planning the area defined by the Hillsborough River on the south, North Boulevard on the west, 11th Street on the east, and 109th Avenue on the north. The study will include land use, urban design, zoning, mobility analysis, and funding strategies. A key focus for this study will be highlighting land development code recommendations to encourage economic opportunities and redevelopment that is context-sensitive and respectful of the surrounding neighborhoods. The study will also focus on housing options, stormwater solutions, and prioritizing projects with clear budget and implementation strategies.
