The City of Tampa, Mayor’s Hispanic Heritage Committee cordially invites you to the 37th Annual Mayor’s Hispanic Heritage Celebration to be held on Tuesday, October 14th, 2025, at 11 a.m., at the Historic Tampa Theater, located at 711 N Franklin St, in Tampa.

This annual event showcases our rich Hispanic history, culture, and music, it helps promote the rising influence and economic impact Hispanics have in the Tampa Bay area, our state, and our nation. Our initiatives assist and empower our Hispanic students and community; our scholarships create opportunities for talented students and open doors for opportunities and possibilities.

We are happy to have Mr. Tony Selvaggio CEO & Founder of eSmart Recycling as this year’s guest speaker. Tony firmly believes that the most powerful engine for social change is business done with purpose. In 2014, Tony launched eSmart Recycling, a mission-driven company that blends environmental responsibility with digital opportunity. Through tech recycling programs for corporations and households alike, eSmart diverts e-waste from landfills and reinvests the value into under-resourced communities—connecting kids to computers, and families to opportunity. Tony brings together business acumen, lived experience, and a passion for equity. He’s building a better future, one recycled device and one empowered life at a time.

We hope to see you there!
