Small businesses performing construction or construction-related services are invited to attend this Bridges to Business event focused on Job Order Contracting (JOC) opportunities with the City of Tampa.

Meet City-contracted prime firms and explore upcoming small- to medium-sized commercial construction jobs and residential rehabilitation projects. Attendees will also have the opportunity to:

  • Connect directly with prime contractors currently working with the City

  • Register for bid notifications

  • Learn how to do business with the City of Tampa

  • Receive assistance starting the City certification application process (additional registration required for application support)

The event will feature informational panels on bonding and risk management, City procurement processes, and financing strategies for contractors, along with networking opportunities with contractors and industry partners.
