NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

MEETING AGENDA/PURPOSE: The purpose of this public meeting of the City Council Citizens Advisory Budget and Finance Committee (the “Committee”) is: (1) Presentation by Deputy Administrator Abbye Feeley; (2) Presentation by Police Chief Lee Bercaw; (3) Presentation by City Clerk Shirley Foxx-Knowles; (4) Committee members to bring their technology devices for a tutorial from Tom McColgan, Budget Office, demonstrating the Open Gov system for accessing financial data and budget related material; (5) New Business; (6) Public Comment; (7) Announce date and time of next meeting and adjourn.
