Hop over to Rusty Pelican Tampa for a special three-course Easter brunch featuring family-style shareable starters and fan-favorite raw bar filled with fresh coastal delicacies like Chilled Oysters and ancho chili cocktail sauce, Fresh Salmon Poke, or upgrade and taste it all with our signature Hot Seafood Tower. Savor elevated takes on classic brunch dishes for your main course, like Hot Honey Fried Chicken & Belgian Waffle with maple syrup and whipped butter, and Lobster Benedict with poached eggs, classic hollandaise, and buttery Atlantic lobster. Last but not least, finish the meal with indulgent desserts made to be shared, like Limoncello Tiramisu, Pineapple Upside-Down Cake, and Strawberry Shortbread.

Elevate your brunch experience with mix-and-match bottomless mimosas. Try unique bubbly flavors like watermelon and lime, cucumber and mint, mango and Tajin, and the classic orange.

Easter Brunch at Rusty Pelican is $105 for adults and $35 for children. Bottomless mimosas can be added for $30 per person. Reservations are highly encouraged and can be made here. Rusty Pelican Tampa will also be open for dinner service.
