Heart of Hanna | Artist Talk

Artist Rafael Blanco is currently painting a mural at the McKay Bay Transfer Station that illustrates the various services the Solid Waste Department provides. Blanco will talk about his life as an artist, and specifically about how his project in Tampa illustrates the diverse workforce and various services provided by the Solid Waste Department. Originally from Alicante, Spain--Blanco trained as a classical studio painter and has created large-scale murals across the country.
